1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Somasole Inc. ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") governing your access to and use of Ribbi, including our website (ribbi.ai), applications, APIs, and related services (collectively, the "Service").
By creating an account, accessing, or using our Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. Service Description
Ribbi is an AI-powered creative platform that enables users to:
- Engage in natural language conversations with AI assistants
- Generate images using AI models (Flux, Midjourney, Seedream, etc.)
- Generate videos using AI models (Sora, Kling, Wan, Seedance, etc.)
- Generate audio and music using AI models (MiniMax TTS, etc.)
- Create, save, and manage custom prompts and templates ("Skills")
- Publish content to connected social media platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Twitter/X)
- Schedule automated content publishing
- Store and synchronize conversation history and generated assets
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time without prior notice.
3. Account Registration and Security
3.1 Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Service. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement and are not barred from using the Service under applicable law.
3.2 Account Creation
You must register for an account using Google OAuth or other approved authentication methods. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
3.3 Account Security
You are solely responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach
You may not share your account or create multiple accounts. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You shall not:
- Use the Service for any illegal, harmful, or fraudulent activities
- Generate content depicting minors in any inappropriate, lewd, or harmful manner
- Generate content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, harassing, or threatening
- Create deepfakes or non-consensual intimate imagery of real persons
- Generate content that infringes third-party intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights
- Use the Service to create spam, misinformation, or deceptive content
- Attempt to bypass security measures or access unauthorized areas
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service
- Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without authorization
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Interfere with the Service's operation or other users' access
- Use outputs to develop competing AI products or services
We reserve the right to investigate violations and take appropriate action, including content removal and account termination.
5. Your Content
5.1 Ownership
You retain ownership of original content you create and input into the Service ("Your Content"), including prompts, uploaded media, and custom Skills.
5.2 License Grant
By using our Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, process, and display Your Content solely to:
- Provide and operate the Service
- Generate AI outputs based on your inputs
- Store and synchronize your content across devices
We do not use Your Content to train AI models.
5.3 Representations
You represent and warrant that:
- You own or have necessary rights to Your Content
- Your Content does not violate any third-party rights
- You have obtained necessary permissions for any identifiable individuals in uploaded media
5.4 Storage
We are not obligated to store Your Content. We may set limits on storage and may delete inactive content. You are responsible for maintaining backups.
6. AI-Generated Content
6.1 Nature of AI Output
Our AI systems generate content ("Outputs") based on your inputs and trained models. You acknowledge that:
- AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, biases, or offensive material
- Similar prompts may produce similar outputs for different users
- Output quality depends on input quality and specificity
- AI does not have real-time access to current events
6.2 Output Ownership
Subject to these Terms and applicable law, you may use AI-generated Outputs for personal and commercial purposes. However:
- We do not claim ownership of your Outputs
- We make no guarantee of exclusivity—similar outputs may be generated for others
- We do not use your Outputs to train AI models
6.3 Your Responsibility
You are solely responsible for:
- Reviewing and verifying AI-generated content before use or publication
- Ensuring content complies with applicable laws and platform policies
- Any consequences arising from your use of AI-generated content
- Obtaining necessary rights clearances for commercial use
7. Intellectual Property Rights
7.1 Our Intellectual Property
The Service, including all software, designs, trademarks, logos, and content provided by us, is owned by or licensed to Somasole Inc. and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
7.2 Feedback
If you provide suggestions, ideas, or feedback about the Service, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use such feedback without any obligation to you.
8. Third-Party Services and Integrations
The Service integrates with third-party platforms and AI providers. When using these integrations:
- You must comply with each platform's terms of service and community guidelines
- Your user-provided conversation content may be transmitted to third-party AI providers for processing
- We are not responsible for third-party platform actions, including content removal or account restrictions
- Third-party services may have their own privacy practices
- Integration availability may change based on third-party API access
Linking third-party accounts (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Twitter/X) is at your own risk. You may disconnect integrations at any time from your account settings.
8.1 Google User Data Segregation
Data obtained through Google APIs (your email address, display name, profile picture, and Google account identifier) is used exclusively for account authentication and profile display within Ribbi. Google User Data is never transmitted to any third-party AI model provider, including but not limited to xAI (Grok), OpenAI, Anthropic, Google AI, or any other AI service.
Our backend architecture enforces complete data segregation between Google authentication data and AI processing pipelines. Only user-provided conversation content — which is independent of any data obtained from Google APIs — is sent to AI providers for the purpose of generating responses.
Ribbi's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
8.2 xAI (Grok) Specific Disclosure
xAI's public terms of service indicate they may use content submitted to their API to train their general AI models. You acknowledge that when you use Grok-powered features within Ribbi, your user-provided conversation content (prompts and messages you type) may be subject to xAI's data practices. However, no Google User Data or account information obtained through Google OAuth is ever included in requests to xAI.
9. Fees and Subscriptions
9.1 Payment
Certain features require payment. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge applicable fees. All fees are in US dollars unless otherwise stated.
9.2 Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew at the then-current price unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel via your account settings or by contacting contact@somasole.ai.
9.3 Refunds
Fees are generally non-refundable. You may request a refund within 7 days of initial purchase if no credits or features have been used, subject to applicable law.
9.4 Credits
If you purchase or receive credits, they:
- May only be used within the specified timeframe
- Have no cash value and are non-transferable
- Are forfeited upon account cancellation
- May be subject to terms changes at our discretion
9.5 Taxes
Fees do not include taxes. You are responsible for all applicable taxes.
10. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
We disclaim all warranties, including:
- Merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement
- That the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
- The accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content or outputs
- That outputs will be free from errors, biases, or offensive material
Some jurisdictions do not allow disclaimer of implied warranties. In such cases, the above disclaimers may not apply to you to the extent prohibited.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- We shall not be liable for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
- Our total liability shall not exceed the greater of: (a) amounts paid by you in the 12 months prior to the claim, or (b) $100
This limitation applies to all claims, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory.
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability for certain damages. In such cases, limitations may not apply to the extent prohibited.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Somasole Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:
- Your use of the Service
- Your Content and any Outputs you create, use, or distribute
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights
- Your violation of applicable laws
13. Termination
13.1 Termination by You
You may delete your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.
13.2 Termination by Us
We may suspend or terminate your account:
- For violation of these Terms
- If required by law
- For any reason with reasonable notice
13.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination:
- Your right to use the Service immediately ceases
- Your Content may be deleted (see our Privacy Policy for retention details)
- No refunds will be provided for unused subscription periods (except as required by law)
- Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect
14. Copyright Claims (DMCA)
If you believe your copyrighted work has been infringed on our Service, please send a notice to our designated agent with:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
- Identification of the infringing material and its location on our Service
- Your contact information (address, phone number, email)
- A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate
We may terminate accounts of repeat infringers.
15. Dispute Resolution

15.2 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
15.3 Jurisdiction
Any legal action must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware. You consent to personal jurisdiction in these courts.
15.4 Class Action Waiver
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in class actions or class-wide arbitration.
16. General Provisions
- Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us
- Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect
- Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver
- Assignment: You may not assign your rights without our consent; we may assign our rights freely
- Notices: We may provide notices via email, in-app notifications, or posting on our website
- Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control
- Export Compliance: You agree to comply with all applicable export control laws
- Modifications: We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or prominent notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
