It then locks the cast in one 2752x1536 character sheet — balding dead-eyed [Wang], a tomato-headed [Boss] in a suit, a [Wife] with broom-sized lashes, and a smug sunglasses-wearing [Pigeon] — all in a toy-clay 3D comedy style, plus a shot-by-shot 60-second structure.

What Ribbi did

Ribbi audits its own work first: the initial segment prompts only said "3D cartoon," dropping the reference sheet's toy-clay material, stipple grain, rounded forms and studio lighting — and the later segments never received the reference image at all. It proposes three fixes, commits to the "style anchor template + reference image on every segment" route, hard-coding material, texture, shapes, lighting and palette at the top of each prompt, then reshoots segment 1 (office meltdown + pigeon strike) and segment 2 (toilet epiphany) — now matching the character sheet's clay aesthetic exactly.
