Product selection and blueprint confirmation: locking product and scene from scratch

U
User brief
No product image yet. Need a New York street setting, plus recommendations for suitable local Western products that work well as pop-up spectacles, along with confirmation of the narrative blueprint and character setup.
Ribbi
What Ribbi did
Ribbi provided seven local Western brand options and analyzed their pop-up potential. After the user selected an Erewhon strawberry smoothie, Ribbi produced a complete narrative blueprint covering five-beat pacing, street setting, and BGM direction, then changed the characters to Western people based on the user’s request.

Product switch and visual iteration: locking in a yellow skincare jar form

U
User brief
Switch from Erewhon to a Rhode Skin-style skincare jar, change it to yellow, remove the original brand name and replace it with Ribbi, then further open the lid to reveal the cream for stronger recognition.
Ribbi
What Ribbi did
Across multiple rounds of iteration, Ribbi first switched the reference brand image to generate Rhode-style three-view references and Act 1, then changed it into a yellow minimalist jar with Ribbi branding, and finally regenerated the open-lid version showing the cream to progressively lock in the product’s appearance anchor frames.

Keyframe composition refinement: repeated correction for the Act 2a window close-up

U
User brief
The composition for the Act 2a handoff at the window keeps ending up too wide. The camera needs to push in close to the window so the staff member leaning out and the character receiving the product fill the frame, while the building form stays consistent with Act 1.
Ribbi
What Ribbi did
After multiple regenerations for Act 2a, Ribbi finally shifted the camera to a close-up window composition, with the yellow building wall receding into the background and the handoff between the staff member and main character becoming the visual focus. Once four keyframes were confirmed, it generated four video segments and funk-style BGM in parallel, producing the first 19-second cut.

Removing brand text and rebuilding character consistency: delivering a clean 15-second cut

U
User brief
Remove the brand text from the building, keep the character consistent across the three frames, and remove the lens-crash ending segment to deliver a cleaner 15-second version.
Ribbi
What Ribbi did
Ribbi regenerated the brand-free three-view references along with the Act 1 and Act 2a keyframes, then unified the character across three frames using character-consistency mode. After virtualizing the frames containing the character, it generated three video segments in parallel, stitched them together, removed the lens-crash ending as requested, and delivered a clean 15-second final cut without branding.

Final polish: lidless product and Act 2b jar scale adjustment

U
User brief
Regenerate all images with the lid removed from the product, make the jar larger in Act 2b, keep the character consistent throughout, and produce the complete final 15-second video.
Ribbi
What Ribbi did
Ribbi first generated lidless three-view references as the new anchor frames, then created three keyframes in parallel. After the user pointed out that the Act 2a window shape did not match, Ribbi regenerated it again to align with Act 1. It then enlarged the jar in Act 2b as requested, regenerated and replaced the corresponding video segment, and finally produced a polished 15-second cut with consistent characters, no lid, and no brand text.
